Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 14, 2026
Leverage Automated LLC ("Leverage Automated," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website at leverageautomated.com (the "Site") or engage with our services.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide:
- Contact Form Submissions: When you submit a form on our Site, we collect your name, email address, company name, the answers you select, and anything you include in your message. Forms are delivered to us by Formspree.
- Scheduling: When you book a call, we use Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide, under its own privacy policy.
- Email Communications: When you email us, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.
- Chat Assistant ("Ash"): Our Site includes an AI chat assistant. When you send it a message, the text you type and the preceding messages in that conversation are transmitted to our chat service at
chat.leverageautomated.com. We store the message, the assistant's reply, and a turn counter in a conversation log for 7 days, after which the log is deleted automatically. Your IP address is not stored with the conversation — it is converted to a truncated one-way hash used only for rate limiting, alongside a two-letter country code. The chat widget sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Please do not enter sensitive personal, health, or financial information into the chat.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data, including pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and general geographic location (city/region level). GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information by default.
- Cookies: We use cookies as described in our Cookie Notice.
- Log Data: Our hosting provider may collect standard server log data, including IP addresses, browser type, and access times.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services
- To schedule and conduct discovery calls and assessments
- To improve our Site and understand how visitors use it
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party tools that help us operate our Site (e.g., Google Analytics, Formspree for form processing, Calendly for scheduling). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
- AI Model Providers: To generate the chat assistant's replies, the text of your chat messages is sent to our model providers — Groq, and OpenRouter if Groq is unavailable. This applies only to what you type into the chat assistant.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
4. Client Engagement Data
This Privacy Policy covers our website. Data handling for a client engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement. During client engagements:
- We deploy and operate automation systems inside the client's own environment
- Client data does not rest on Leverage Automated systems
- The client holds the vendor accounts — model providers, telephony, and automation platforms — in the client's own name
- We do not use client data to train AI models
- The solution belongs to the client, and continues to run if the engagement ends
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and email communications for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months). Chat assistant conversation logs are retained for 7 days and then deleted automatically. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.
6. Your Rights

- You may request access to the personal information we hold about you
- You may request correction or deletion of your personal information
