Then the demo has to meet the real world — messy inputs, edge cases, an API that changes, a credential that expires, a hand-off that fails silently at 2 a.m. — and the whole thing quietly stops working. The people who built it have moved on. Nobody owns it. This is pilot purgatory: an AI project that impressed everyone once and now sits in a folder no one opens.
We built this service around the unglamorous half of the problem: the run and operate part. Getting a workflow into production and keeping it there is a discipline — monitoring, error handling, versioning, retries, human review, and a person who is accountable when something breaks. Orchestration you can see inside, integrated with your stack
The orchestration layer is chosen per project, not per vendor preference. What we insist on is the property, not the brand: an engine you can see inside, where every path is inspectable including the failure paths, and where nothing important is locked in a black box. n8n is a frequent answer because it is mature, open and auditable — but it is an answer, not a house standard, and the licence is yours either way. Whatever we pick, we build it in your environment and integrate it with the tools you already run: your chat platform for notifications and approvals, your helpdesk for ticketing, your CRM for customer data.

If you are a mid-market company, your internal IT and operations team is almost certainly small and already stretched. They can keep the lights on. What they cannot do is take ownership of a half-built AI workflow — learn the tool, debug the integrations, handle the on-call, and keep it current as your systems change — on top of their day jobs. If your IT partner brought us in, they stay your one number to call and we sit behind them. We are not going to promise you numbers we made up. The plumbing (moving data, calling systems, scheduling) is handled by deterministic automation; AI is used where a rule would be too brittle. Do you work with the tools we already use?
Yes — that is the point. We integrate with Microsoft Teams, common helpdesks, CRMs and line-of-business apps, and the orchestration layer connects to hundreds of other services plus anything with an API. We are not here to make you rip out and replace your stack. We automate across what you already run so the workflow fits into how your team already works.
How long does a deployment take?
It depends on the process, but a single well-scoped automation typically goes from kickoff to running in production in a few weeks, not months. We move deliberately: map the current process, build and test against your real data, run in parallel until it earns trust, then cut over. We would rather take an extra week to make it durable than rush a fragile workflow into production.
What happens when something breaks?
You call us — that is the whole value of having someone operate it. Because every workflow is monitored and logged, we usually see a failure and start on it before it becomes your problem. Automations are built to fail safely: a broken step pauses or routes to a human rather than doing something wrong quietly. There is one number to call, and the accountability is ours, not yours.
Is our data safe?
We treat your data as yours. Workflows only touch the systems and fields a given process needs, access is scoped and credentialed, and every run is logged so you can see exactly what happened. For sensitive data we can keep AI processing on local or private models rather than sending it to a third-party service. We will always tell you plainly where your data goes and why.
